Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Management Analyst II .The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.
Responsibilities:

Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers

Support the analysis of problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.

Draw conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.

Develop and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.

Provides management, budgeting support, and financial analysis services as required.

Perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses.

Use automated management information systems in performing fact-finding and analytical functions in addition to performing Information Assurance and Information Security Analyst.

Supports major command level mission requirements associated with security, environmental and safety, infrastructure, technology, and RDT&E program engineering and management requirements.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical related technical field
- Min 7 years of relevant focused experience
- Or an Associate's degree and ten (10) years' experience
- Able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- 7 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Solid relationship builder
- Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
