Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Security System Specialist . The primary worksite for this exempt position is in Newport, RI
ACTIVE TOP SECRET (SCI) CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Respsoibilities
Responsible for all Electronic Security Systems (ESS) on customer site which reside on the customer networks.
This includes all LENEL, Bosch, Milestone, Alertus / Informacast, Mass notification, and related systems
Provide onsite technical support to design, build, install, configure, maintain, and operate an HPSD-12 FIPS 140-2 compliant ESS.
Provide support with system design, design review, installation, programming, updating firmware and software, troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repair of all ESS.
All work is required to be managed and logged utilizing the onsite ticketing system, currently SolarWinds.
Experience Required :
Must have at least 3 full years of experience in the low voltage / CCTV / security industry
In-depth background in security technology and integration
Strong technical and analytical comprehension of electronic security industry-related terms and system features
Must be able to read blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents
Must be able to utilize basic hand tools, electrical meters, and understand relay theory Exceptional customer service skills; ability to anticipate and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and technical knowledge preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED accomplished
A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an administrative support role
Experience and CORE certifications in LENEL / Bosch security systems are required; LenelS2 OnGuard Certified and Milestone Certified preferred
Active Top Secret (SSBI) Clearance
