Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, is a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are seeking a full-time Telecommunications Technician to support contract work out of Newport, RI.
ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Electronic Security Systems (ESS) including LENEL, Bosch, Milestone, Alertus/Informacast, Mass notification, and related systems
- Perform maintenance manufacturer ESS (ie LENEL, Bosch, etc.) certified technicians to maintain the FICAM/HSPD12 compliant systems.
- Provide onsite technical support in designing, building, install, configuring, maintaining, and operating an
HPSD-12 FIPS 140-2 compliant ESS. - Work alongside employees who administer and operate the LENEL and associated ESS.
- Onsite support will be provided by certified LENEL technicians, and contractors
must be a LENEL Value Added Reseller (VAR) to access/maintain the LENEL systems. - Use Milestone, Informacast, LENEL, and Bosch systems to support the ESS requirements.
- Support system design, design review, installation, programming, updating firmware and software, troubleshooting, service, maintenance and repair of all ESS.
- Manage and log utilizing the customer ticketing system, currently SolarWinds
- Maintain continuous accountability of supplies and ESS equipment. Provide inventories and status upon request to support
operations.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, or closely related field
- Minimal 3 full years of additional relevant work experience
- Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable laws
and as required by the electronic security regulations. - Experience and CORE certifications in LENEL/Bosch security systems are required. LenelS2 OnGuard Certified and
Milestone certified preferred
