Engineering Technician

## Job Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting engineers in various tasks, including:

maintaining equipment, fabricating prototypes, and collecting data for analysis.

• Maintaining standards of safety in assembly operations.

• Understanding, supporting and executing all quality objectives and deliverables in the QMS system relating to assigned projects.

• Identifying irregularities and problems through frequent monitoring during manufacturing.

• Clearly communicating with team members

• Inspecting assembly output for qualification to engineering documentation and drawings.

• Assembling and testing prototype and production systems with a careful and methodical approach.

• Reliably documenting test results.

• Verifying accuracy of parts and assemble mechanisms with minimal support. When necessary, making simple modifications to hardware.

## Duties
- Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers and other equipment
- Fabricate prototypes based on engineering designs
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support engineering projects
- Assist in building and testing mechanical components
- Utilize CAD software to create technical drawings and schematics
- Support project scheduling and coordination under the guidance of engineers

## Requirements
- Proficiency in Math for calculations and measurements
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Mechanical knowledge for hands-on tasks
- Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with engineers
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
