What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Quality Assurance Analyst position at Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech)?
Work Location: Lanham, Maryland.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and/or integration testing of multiple programs in IBM Mainframe or client/server environments.
- Construct test cases with predetermined results and test data to verify program functionality and/or interfaces through assigned systems.
- Review output to determine whether or not the test results fulfill the established requirements
- Coordinate test activities with project stakeholders
- Coordinate work assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of IT experience
- 4 years of software testing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with any of the IRS applications a significant plus
Additional Desired Skills:
- Additional Desired Skills
- Knowledge of current IRS tax administration software applications is a significant plus.
- Rational Tools (Quality Manager, Test Manager, Team Concert, Doors Next Generation)
- SOAPUI
- XML
- SQL
- IBM Mainframe

- Informatica Business Objects
- Selenium
- Automation experience
Must be either a U.S. Citizen or possess a minimum 3 years of residency as a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) in the U.S.
Existing IRS MBI clearance highly preferred!
