What are the responsibilities and job description for the Frac Pump Operator position at Dynamic Well Service?
Dynamic Well Service has a new frac pump department! Mainly doing flushes and some clean out work! Looking for experienced frac pump operators and frac pump hands! Must have a class A CDL
Requirements
- Operate, service, and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
- Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
- Complete electronic DOT driver logs daily.
- Comply with required safety and operational procedures.
- Train and mentor less experienced crew members during jobs.
- Assists other employees with equipment rig up and rig down.
- Operate Frac fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment procedures.
- Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are up to date.
- Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
- Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
- Actively participates in safety meetings and assists in identifying and addressing risks and hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Basic oilfield knowledge.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid Class A Driver’s License with the proper endorsements required for the type of vehicle operated, issued by state of residence.
- Required Endorsements:
- Class A CDL
- All required safety certifications.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
