About the Role
This position focuses on assisting Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Child Support (CS) trainers with learning and development functions to enhance staff performance and ensure compliance with program goals. The role emphasizes creating tools, resources, and processes to support professional growth and program excellence.

Primary Objectives of Position :
Assist trainers with creation, development, and delivery of training to W-2 and CS staff and supervisors. Training may be delivered online or at various locations throughout Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities :
Learning and Development Support :
- Work alongside W-2 and CS trainers to support curriculum development.
- Create effective training tools, such as eLearning modules, guides, and job aids, to improve program outcomes.
- Contribute to designing materials that align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
- Produce virtual training sessions as needed
- Schedule and organize training sessions as needed

Qualifications- Education and / or Experience :
Education : Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred (or experience in W-2, Child Support, Workforce Development or Social Services areas).
