Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account management and growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding our services.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs to promote awareness of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using office software such as Word.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- A background in account management is a plus.
