Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Director – North America to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with rental houses across the region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the North American market to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential rental house clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance Dynamic Rentals’ presence in North America.
- Help lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and reporting key performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Represent Dynamic Rentals at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Knowledge within the film production, camera rental, or equipment rental industry is a big plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales analytics.
- Fluency in Spanish is a big plus to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
