About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical CRM Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through optimized customer relationship management. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our CRM initiatives, managing campaigns, customer segmentation, and lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven marketing, customer experience, and knows how to turn insights into actions that strengthen customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute CRM Strategy: Design and implement CRM strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Build and optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors; turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Use advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver targeted messaging and offers.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Develop and test new approaches to improve performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. Focus on Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or related marketing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
