A Michigan based company located in the Greater Detroit area is seeking multiple Project Managers for Large-Scale Process Piping projects.
The Project Manager pay rates are anticipated to be salary based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including very good Bonuses, Medical, Dental, 401k and more!
Candidates will possess most (if not all) of the following :
- Large scale fabrication and installation of projects. Sheet metal (10 gauge or 12 gauge and techniques for welding, experience with ironworking, pipefitting, millwright expertise / leadership, industrial HVAC, industrial machinery, large tanks, processing piping, and similar would be preferred.
- A BS in Mechanical Engineering is Preferred, but not essential. Equivalent combinations of an Associate degree / experience / etc. will be considered.
- Experience with managing a SOW, estimating industrial abrication / installation projects, familiarity with costs for rental equipment, etc.
- Manage budgets and schedules
- Oversee union and non union trades
- Some Out of Town Travel will be required
