A well established company with a facility in the Novi / Wixom, Michigan area is currently seeking several Project Managers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their team. Project Manager rates are anticipated to start between $100,000 and $125,000 based on each candidates experience and education; we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and bonus opportunities!

Qualified Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :

• Project Management experience with any automation equipment : Large Scale Automotive Conveyors preferred.
• Experience with managing the on-time installation and delivery of turn-key systems with technical support.
• Exceptional communication skills, must work with diverse cross-functional teams and customers.
• Efficiently manage deliverables, statements of work, timelines, budgeting, runoff requirements, and go from program launch to customer signoff.
• A BS or AS degree in Engineering or a closely related degree is a benefit, but not essential. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
• Able to travel up to 75% depending on Project Phase (typically local travel- some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary - predominantly within the US).
• Must be able to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
