A multinational company with a facility in the Ypsilanti, MI area is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for long term opportunities with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor looking for a company that offers excellent training, competitive rates, and excellent overtime opportunities.

Shift Supervisors salary rates are $70K - $80K annually based on experience. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and more.

Qualified Shift Supervisors will have most, if not all of the following skills and experience :

3-5 years of supervisory experience in an injection molding plant environment.

Thorough understanding of injection molding , from raw material to finished goods.

Ability to communicate mechanical principles effectively to employees and customers.

Exceptional supervisory skills; Critical thinking skills,

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
