Dynamix International Export Services (IES) is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with deep knowledge and proven experience of import/export logistics to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an international logistics environment, has strong coordination skills, and can manage complex documentation and bookings with confidence and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of import and export shipments from start to finish
- Prepare, analyze, and process documentation including:
- Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, Cargo Manifests
- Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Shipper Export Declarations
- Coordinate bookings with carriers, shippers, and overseas agents
- Maintain clear communication with vendors, clients, and agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution
- Track shipments and provide clients with daily status updates and exception alerts
- Receive container and order details from Sales, Shippers, or other agents and input into internal systems
- Liaise with different departments to ensure operational efficiency and smooth execution
- Support the operations manager in overseeing day-to-day business functions
- Maintain and organize documentation files, material pricing, and inventory records
- Ensure all activities comply with international shipping laws and regulations
- Continuously develop and manage strong client, agent, and carrier relationships
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proven expertise in export operations and full shipment lifecycle
- Strong understanding of ocean freight, international trade laws, Incoterms, and supply chain practices
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems (CargoWise, SAP, etc.)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $52,000 – $58,000 annually, based on experience
