Description
We are an internationally recognized leader in Auto Parts Sales and Distribution. We are currently looking for a full-time sales manager with minimum of 7 years of automotive parts sales experience in domestic and international markets.
Minimum qualifications include:
· Minimum of 7 years experience effectively selling auto-parts.
Proven ability to manage, hire and train sales associates.
· Ability to communicate with Dealership and Body shop procurement departments.
· Understand car dealership parts procurement process.
· Having an existing network of dealership and body shop relationships.
· Proven ability in developing new accounts
· Proven ability in Maintaining and growing existing accounts
· Bilingual, English and Spanish highly advantageous
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel is a must.
Responsibilities include:
· Selling New OEM Genuine automotive parts to domestic and international customers.
Develop and manage sales team.
· Strengthen current dealership relationships to increase business.
· Create new relationships through traditional and modern digital means such as LinkedIn, phone, and on-site visits.
· Travel to customer site when necessary.
