Warehouse Worker Needed: Dynamo Specialty Distributing:
Hardworking, reliable warehouse fulfillment workers needed at specialty beverage distribution company. This is a physical demanding job in a fast-paced and safe work environment.
Warehouse Associate/Picker Position:
· Pay: $16-$18/Hr
- Monthly attendance bonus available
- Monthly picking bonus available
· Full-time: Up to 40 hours a week
· Shifts: Sunday - Thursday
· Shift Times: Mon-Thursday 12:30pm to finish (Usually between 8pm and 10pm) Occasionally past midnight during “high volume events”
· Sundays: 10am to finish (Usually 4pm)
· Reimbursement for safety toed-shoes up to $60 with receipt
Requirements:
· 1 Year of Warehouse work experience
· 1 Year of Pallet Jack experience
· 1 Year of Safety experience
· Ability to lift up to 80lbs (continuous lifting of 10lbs to 20lbs)
· Ability to work in hot/cold conditions (no central air or heating)
· Ability to work on your feet for 5-8 hour shifts
· Ability to follow printed and verbal instructions
· Accuracy essential in ability to read orders and pick sheets
· Worker must pay careful attention their task, follow instructions, and double-check their work.
Duties:
· Pick/pull product from the warehouse and transport to pallet building area
· Build pallets accurately according to pick sheet
· Transport built orders to the loading dock via pallet jacks
· Identify and document damaged product as breakage
· Restock product bays pre and post build
· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
· Dispose of trash and recycling from warehouse and returning trucks
· Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area (dispose of trash, sweep and mop high traffic areas, other light cleaning duties)
· Unload and receive supplier deliveries count and verify
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
