About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer Team Lead who has working knowledge in all aspects of automation, telecommunications, and IT networks. As an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Team Lead, you will leverage your strong Linux systems engineering background and expertise in AWS services to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Service Delivery :
- Lead efforts to restore service interruptions, troubleshoot, and resolve system failures effectively.
- Fulfill user requests and resolve service-related issues while carrying out routine operational and maintenance tasks.
2. System Design & Implementation :
Design, implement, and administer robust server systems on Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, and Amazon Linux 2023.Analyze system failures to minimize outages and interruptions.3. CI / CD Automation & Architecture :
Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using AWS tools (ECS, EKS), CloudFormation, Terraform, and GitLab CI / CD.Automate infrastructure deployment and operational tasks to ensure scalability and efficiency.4. AWS Services Management :
Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, RDS, KMS, WAF, SQS, S3, API Gateway, and SNS.Implement best practices for cloud architecture, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.5. Programming & Scripting :
Develop scripts and applications using Python, Node.js, and Bash.Support website hosting and collaborate on backend systems using languages such as PHP, .NET, or JavaScript.6. Security & Compliance :
Perform security vulnerability scanning and management, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.7. Storage & Recoverability :
Maintain high availability, clustering, and backup systems to ensure system recoverability.
Requirements
Required Skills :
8-10 years of experience in Linux systems engineering and DevOps.Expertise with Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, and Amazon Linux 2023.Proven experience with AWS CI / CD tools (ECS, EKS), CloudFormation, Terraform, and GitLab CI / CD pipelines.Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, RDS, KMS, WAF, SQS, S3, API Gateway, and SNS.Programming expertise in Python, Node.js, and Bash scripting, with familiarity in additional languages (e.g., PHP, .NET, JavaScript).Experience in security vulnerability scanning and management.Strong knowledge of storage, clustering, and backup systems.Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional CertificationExtensive, demonstrated experience and expertise in AWS CI / CD tools (ECS, EKS), CloudFormation, Terraform, and GitLab CI / CD pipelines.Preferred Skills :
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification.Familiarity with TIC and IT networks.Experience with MySQL and AWS RDS (Aurora experience is a bonus)Certifications :
