Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assembler 3 to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling complex components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring the highest standards of production. This role requires a strong understanding of assembly processes, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble complex components and products according to blueprints, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure assembled products meet established standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues, defects, and discrepancies promptly.
• Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Document and report any assembly defects, malfunctions, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior assemblers as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Proficient in using assembly tools, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
