Description: Dynasty Building Solutions is currently seeking one self motivated, enthusiastic, candidate with attention to detail who can help coordinate our current group of projects. The project coordinator would help communicating with our existing crews, outside vendors and providing excellent customer service.
The perfect project coordinator in the Tampa market would have experience working with insurance companies in the roofing industry. Minimum experience 2 years in general construction, project management or direct roofing experience required. Our Culture: We are family oriented. Job Responsibilities: Get interior measurements and be able communicate well to estimating Outbound calls to customers & handling inbound customer concerns Communicate to customers, employees, and insurance companies by phone/email Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer files, account statuses, and relevant problems Assist in achieving company goals and other duties, as needed Collecting and managing Accounts receivable on Multi-Million Dollar Accounts Maintaining assigned customer accounts Climb on roofs and conduct inspections Draw roofs and complete on our platforms for Roof Snaps Outbound calls to customers & handling inbound customer concerns
Applicants must: Have reliable transportation Proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.) Able to learn new software, phone systems, etc. Comfortable making and receiving calls
