Responsibilities
- Be able to professionally handle the insurance claim process
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project
- Attend to multiple customers at the same time while keeping track of your files
- Work together with co-workers to properly take care of the customer
