We are looking for an individual who has professional hands-on experience in the following:
- Body-work
- Panel fitment and Installation
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a proper repair plan for each vehicle
- Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Work as a team to stay on production schedule including meeting deadlines
- Maintain an organized and neat bay.
- Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
The technician must have self-confidence, pride in work, and good hand-eye coordination.
Be physically fit to lift, bend, and work with heavy vehicle components.
The technician must enjoy constant challenges. Must be punctual, reliable, have own vehicle and valid Florida drivers license, must have experience with automotive collision repairs ("boilermaker, pipefitter, ship welder experience does not qualify").
This position is full time five day work week (M-F) 8 am to 5 pm. Compensation will be based on experience and ability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have your own tools
- Well organized both in shop procedure and paperwork
- Good problem-solving skills
- 3 years experience required.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self- starter and self- motivator.
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred.
- Able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen
- Own reliable transportation for work
