Job Responsibilities: As a Painter at Dynasty Fab, you will:
- Prepare surfaces and materials for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Mix and organize paints to match specifications and project requirements.
- Clean and maintain spray guns and related equipment.
- Practice safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain clean workspaces.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial or professional painting preferred.
- Knowledge of paint types, application techniques, and mixing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and equipment.
