As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role within our organization, serving as the key liaison between Dynasty and our network partner firms. This position will require you to take ownership of strategic client relationships, overseeing a broad portfolio of initiatives, and driving organizational growth and profitability. You will function as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams within our network firms, guiding them in optimizing their business operations and achieving long-term success.
The Senior Relationship Manager is not just a project manager but a strategic leader, ensuring that our network partner firms are set up for sustained growth and success. You will lead the charge in integrating key business objectives, advising on complex challenges, and facilitating large-scale transitions with precision.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Relationship Leadership :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives at client firms, ensuring they receive timely responses to inquiries and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Act as a strategic partner and outsourced Chief Operating Officer (OCOO), empowering client leadership teams to focus on growth while you manage the operational complexities.
- Lead the design and implementation of business strategies that align with partners' long-term objectives, specifically driving growth, profitability, and scalability.
Business Strategy and Coaching :
Collaborate with the leadership teams of network partner firms to craft and execute strategic business plans tailored to their goals.Provide ongoing analysis and feedback on the partner’s business models, with an emphasis on enhancing client acquisition, retention, and overall operational efficiency.Act as a mentor and coach, facilitating network partner teams’ leadership development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Comprehensive Project Leadership :
Take the lead on coordinating and managing cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring that all goals, timelines, and deliverables are met with excellence.Manage large-scale initiatives, such as technology transitions or advisor team integrations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to client operations.Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the client organization, providing transparency on progress and next steps.Transition Expertise :
Serve as the subject matter expert in leading wealth management firms through complex transitions—whether adopting new technology platforms or facilitating advisor team transitions to new firms.Ensure a smooth transition experience by managing client expectations, overseeing project milestones, and resolving any challenges that arise during the process.Ideal Candidate Profile : : We are seeking candidates who exhibit the following characteristics :

Wealth Management Expertise : Extensive experience within the wealth management industry, whether in an advisory, managerial, or operational capacity. A deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem and its operational dynamics is essential.Practice Management Experience : Proven ability to collaborate with advisors and leadership teams to drive growth, optimize profitability, and enhance operational efficiency within wealth management firms.Management Consulting Background : Experience providing strategic guidance to organizations, diagnosing challenges, and presenting clear; actionable recommendations for business improvement.Technical Proficiency : Strong expertise in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant project management or client relationship tools. A knack for delivering impactful presentations and reports is a key component of success in this role.Desired Skills :
