Your Mission:
- Drive regional growth by developing and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and nurture key customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions that solve their challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and production, to optimize pricing, enhance products, and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify market trends and competitive insights to shape strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead with innovation by collaborating with raw material vendors to qualify new, cost-effective materials.
What You Bring:
- A deep understanding of rubber and polyurethane products, applications, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on Lean practices, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Ability to travel across North America and represent Dynatect at industry events (up to 60-75% travel).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
