Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician is responsible for performing required inspections of vendor supplied and Dynatect manufactured parts. These inspections are performed using criteria from applicable drawings, standards, specifications, and any other internal or external specified requirements. The Quality Technician is responsible for communicating with respective departments, vendors and individual employees to troubleshoot quality and process related issues. Additionally, the Quality Technician will be responsible for assisting and finding solutions to assigned internal and external complaints and corrective actions, and for assistance with identifying material and process non-conformances. The Quality Technician will also assist with continuous improvement projects that mitigate risk and ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer.
Duties
- Product Inspection: Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Testing & Measurement: Conduct routine tests such as hardness tests, tensile strength tests, and dimensional analysis to ensure products meet required standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record and maintain detailed inspection reports, test data, and other quality control documentation. Report non-conforming products to supervisors and recommend corrective actions.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes for consistency and adherence to quality protocols. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization.
- Defect Identification: Identify product defects and work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, including QA/QC practices.
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision instruments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to CGMP and HACCP is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.37 - $23.27 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
