Your career begins in the Technical Sales Training Program. Our training program provides you with all the skills necessary for a successful career in Technical Sales and Marketing.

Program Outline

This rotational program is specifically designed to provide exposure to technical sales across a complex product portfolio, while fostering professional growth and development in the arena of sales and leadership. Your training will focus on customer satisfaction opportunities from start to finish through the commercial services function within Dynatect.

Critical development skills will focus on product and application training, customer service, technical sales, quoting, and proprietary product knowledge. Upon successful completion of your training period, you will transition into an Inside Sales Technical Representative role for Dynatect.  

To successfully complete the program, you will provide exceptional application and customer service for existing and prospective customers. You will also be prepared to assist in multiple sales functions, present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Engineering, or Business related field; or 4 years of military experience, apply TODAY!

Expected hours: 40 per week
