What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prefab Packing Team Member position at DynaTen Corporation?
Position Summary
As a prefab packaging team member you will be expected to operate a forklift, palletize finished goods in all 3 prefab shops and maintain an organized finished goods area outside. You will also be expected to assist in loading all trucks leaving our facility for DynaTen projects. Also, you will assist in unloading deliveries from vendors.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift after being certified by a Qualified DynaTen Safety team instructor.
- Ensure all prints and accessories for all orders are on the truck.
- Assist in fabricating Hangers when your primary role has down time.
- Work closely with shop supervisors and production teams to minimize missed prefab delivery dates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to maintenance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or HVAC fields preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining welding machines, CNC equipment, saws, and material handling systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance in a shop environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Maintain a positive, cooperative and teachable attitude
- Initiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starter.
- Requires basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
- Complies and promotes company Safety Policy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved)
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, able to squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to pass a physical ability test
