Responsibilities
- Work directly with and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures
- Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members
- Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact
- Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, humidity, rain, snow, wind, and sunlight. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift and / or move up to 75lbs pounds. Use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls is required.
