Description
Supports the Human Resource department by performing various administrative tasks such as maintaining the Kronos HRIS, creating and maintaining employee personnel and medical records, and creating and maintaining employee badges. Performs benefit administration, supports recruitment efforts, and new employee orientation. Exercises positive employee relations and exhibits a high level of professionalism and confidentiality to maintain the integrity of the Human Resources Department. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and 2 years experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using a Human Resources Information System preferably Kronos.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail is required in this position.
