Description
The Maintenance Area Leader is responsible for managing their designated areas to ensure that employees have the support they need to repair and maintian equipment on time and error free. They shall promote a positive work environment for the employees and ensure maximum safety, quality, manning and production for their department on all three shifts. This includes training and supervision of employees as well as mentoring Shift Coordinators and Team Leaders in troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment. Other duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility and maintenance required. Good communication, computer, and problem solving skills.
