Duties

• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and identify new business development opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
• Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices in account management.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and enhance service offerings.
