Job Summary:
The focus of this position is to develop District Managers and their teams while developing systems that help grow sales and manage P&L expenses.
The Director of Operations is the liaison between the DYNE Hospitality Group Support Office, Tropical Smoothie Café corporate office, and DYNE Hospitality Group field leadership. This position works hand in hand with the Training Department to improve the development of our leaders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of all KPI results
- Plays a critical role in people development
- Liaison with internal café staff of all levels and partners with the Human Resources Department
- Assists the Leadership team and departments as the Subject Matter Expert in rolling out new projects and processes to the District Manager tea
- Understand our company culture and lead by example in all situations
FINANCIAL RESULTS:
- Monitor Daily & Weekly KPI metrics.
- Monthly P&L review
- Develop strategies for sales growth.
