SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with a specific emphasis on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP IBP applications and integrations with other systems. Starting date : ImmediateRate-Market competitive ratesLocation : Preferable : Renton, WA. Can be remote (USA, Canada, Mexico) but available in PT time zone. Key Responsibilities : SAP IBP Application Design & Configuration : Design, build, and configure SAP IBP applications tailored to business process requirements.Integration Development : Implement integrations between SAP IBP, SAP S / 4 HANA, and external systems (e.g., MySQL, SRM).Data Management : Manage SAP Master Data and Transaction Data related to SAP IBP planning processes.Complex Integration Support : Experience with complex integration scenarios using technologies such as EDI, IDocs, SI / PI.Solution Architecture Support : Provide architectural support and guidance for the SAP IBP solution.Agile Methodology : Work effectively in an Agile Scrum team, following Agile principles and contributing to iterative development cycles.Required Experience & Skills : Extensive SAP IBP Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP, including at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.Integration Skills : Strong understanding of SAP Cloud integration for data services (SAP CI-DS) and complex integration methods.Supply Chain Planning Knowledge : Expertise in supply chain planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).Exposure to SAP MM & SRM : Familiarity with SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) modules is beneficial.Agile Software Development : Familiarity with Agile practices and ability to work in Agile software development environments.Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to address ambiguous and unstructured problems, providing solutions in dynamic settings.Test Automation : Experience with test automation tools is a plus.Desired Skills and Attributes : Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.Ability to think strategically while addressing day-to-day execution challenges.A proactive attitude in handling project requirements and changes in scope.This position requires a highly skilled individual with deep expertise in SAP IBP, integration management, and supply chain planning processes, who can work collaboratively in Agile teams and handle complex, evolving system requirements.
