Main Responsibilities:
- Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies.
- Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to sanitation practices and safety protocols.
- Operate the register accurately and efficiently, handling cash and managing the drawer.
Requirements:
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
- Able to navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment safely and effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching, and stretching.
