Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CDL driver to join our team as a Mobile Pumping Unit (MPU) Operator and Truck Driver.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor and trailer equipment transporting loaded and empty trailers to support customers and production plants.
- Fully compliant with all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures including applicable technical modules, SOPs, work instructions, and safety policies and procedures.
- Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure efficient and safe operational status.
- Maintain required driver logs, time and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Proactively manage safety issues and practice the Take 5 process.
- Maintain safe working conditions and assure that all crew members and others on the site follow all safety and regulatory procedures and practices.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
- Class A CDL required;
- Tanker, Air Brakes, and HAZMAT endorsements required;
- No preventable accidents in the past three years;
- No more than one minor moving violation in the past three years while operating a personal vehicle or commercial motor vehicle;
- No convictions for DUI or DWI in the last ten years;
- Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check;
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively;
- Willingness to work early mornings and 10-12 hour shifts;
- Age 21 or older;
- MSHA training preferable;
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
