What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, business case development, and scenario analysis. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and manage complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Create comprehensive business cases to evaluate potential projects and investments.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different business strategies and market conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, supply chain, marketing, technology and IT, to gather and analyze data.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with company consultants to review current models and in development of future financial and operations modelling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and financial modelling software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
