Your Responsibilities
">As Associate Director - Vector Production, your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of end-to-end AAV vector production processes at relevant scales, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Utilization of run/batch summaries to synthesize production outcomes and contextualize process performance.
- Development of strategies to ensure Dyno's vector production capabilities can meet the demand of the organization's broader capsid engineering strategy.
- Leadership and development of a high-performing team, including managing a small team of direct reports.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization across upstream and downstream processes.
Your Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Ph.D. in bioprocessing, chemical engineering, vector biology, or biological sciences.
- 8-10 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharma industry (or 5 years of experience in AAV manufacturing setting) with a proven track record of running end-to-end vector production processes at scale.
- Experience managing both upstream and downstream processes of AAV production, as well as process optimization.
- A well-developed background in team leadership and management.
