Job Overview:
We are seeking a Change Management Project Manager with expertise in enterprise HR systems to lead and drive change initiatives across the HR function. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, organizational change management (OCM), and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new HR systems, policies, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness across various HR functions.
- Design and implement communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption of HR system changes.
- Identify and mitigate resistance to change, ensuring that employees and HR teams have the necessary tools and support to transition smoothly.
- Develop and track KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with HRIS and enterprise technology teams to ensure that system changes align with business needs and user experience expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to educate employees and leaders on upcoming HR system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and HR best practices in change implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support, gathering feedback and iterating change strategies as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or project management with a focus on enterprise HR systems.
- Strong background in HR processes, HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.), and organizational change management methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter’s Change Model, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess impact and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Experience in training and development, employee engagement, and communications related to HR system changes.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prosci, or similar) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in large enterprises with complex HR environments.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, talent management, payroll, and performance management systems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
