Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead/Manager to drive high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide change initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and proven expertise in leading organizational change efforts, particularly in large-scale, digital, or IT-driven transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or manage OCM activities across high-impact change initiatives or transformational programs.
- Develop actionable change management strategies tailored to the unique needs and context of each initiative.
- Create and manage comprehensive communication and training plans that are clear, targeted, and effective across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Design and execute communications strategies to ensure timely, transparent, and effective dissemination of information related to change efforts.
- Develop engaging communication materials such as emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations.
- Ensure consistent messaging and oversee the execution of communication plans, supporting user readiness and adoption.
- Collaborate with training teams or lead development of training materials to ensure end users are equipped with the knowledge and tools for successful change adoption.
- Identify and address resistance or performance gaps through targeted actions and support mechanisms.
- Track, monitor, and report on progress of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with key milestones and goals.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate success of change management efforts (e.g., adoption rates, stakeholder engagement, user feedback).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7 years of proven experience in leading and managing organizational change management efforts.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success managing stakeholder relationships and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with large-scale digital or IT-driven transformation programs is highly preferred.
