About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage application implementation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software or application implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing CRM or ERP implementation projects.
- Technical knowledge of integration and customization for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with change management processes and strategies.
