Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in Salesforce, SAP, and portfolio management. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex programs involving Salesforce and SAP implementations, as well as managing a portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the alignment of program objectives with business goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of Salesforce and SAP platforms, and a proven track record of successfully managing programs and portfolios.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end program management activities, ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce and SAP implementation projects.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce and SAP platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
• Ensure Salesforce and SAP projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on Salesforce and SAP-related issues, requirements, and dependencies.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standard methodologies, and tools to enhance portfolio management efficiency.
