Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our team and support a leading grocery supermarket client in optimizing their procurement and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP MM, supply chain workflows, and retail / grocery industry operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Procurement Management : Configure and optimize SAP MM processes for vendor selection, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Inventory Control : Implement and manage stock management processes, including goods receipt, stock transfers, and inventory audits.
- Pricing and Invoice Verification : Configure and troubleshoot pricing procedures, invoice matching, and vendor payments.
- Integration Support : Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules like SD, FI, and WM for end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and enhance procurement, inventory, and material planning workflows tailored to the grocery industry.
- System Customization : Design and implement custom SAP solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including batch management and expiry tracking.
- User Training and Documentation : Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare detailed documentation for processes and configurations.
- Support and Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for SAP MM operations, resolving system issues and implementing enhancements.
