We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable process framework supporting engineering and manufacturing operations across the enterprise. This strategic role goes beyond IT enablement and focuses on enterprise-wide process integration, portfolio governance, and tool adoption leveraging project and organizational data to drive operational maturity. The ideal candidate has experience building frameworks from the ground up, with deep cross-functional collaboration skills and a strong grasp of enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and institutionalize an enterprise process framework that aligns engineering and manufacturing functions with corporate goals.
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable architectural models, roadmaps, and frameworks.
Extend the implementation of project and portfolio management (PPM) tools such as Clarity PPM across business units beyond IT.
Evaluate and recommend enterprise applications, tools, and platforms, ensuring alignment with architecture principles and long-term strategy.
Create and maintain EA deliverables, including capability models, reference architectures, system interaction diagrams, process maps, and governance artifacts.
Partner with stakeholders from engineering, operations, and executive leadership to drive architecture adoption and standardization.
Leverage enterprise data (e.g., JIRA, HRIS, PPM) to conduct what-if scenarios, team modeling, and operational forecasting.
Drive the adoption of enterprise-wide processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, resource planning, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, or Business Transformation roles within product-centric organizations.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar).
Demonstrated success in building or maturing operational and engineering process frameworks across multiple departments.
Hands-on experience with PPM platforms (preferably Clarity PPM, but Planview, ServiceNow PPM, or Jira Align are acceptable).
Experience interpreting and synthesizing data from systems like JIRA, headcount/HR systems, and past project portfolios for forecasting and modeling.
Strong influencing skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
TOGAF certification is preferred.
