Role Overview :
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play an essential role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that optimize processes for our sales, service, and marketing teams. You will work within a collaborative, agile environment with a team of developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support our ambitious growth and contribute to our mission to lead the electric vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Development : Customize and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
- Technical Integration : Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems (ERP, telematics, IoT platforms) for enhanced operational efficiency and data visibility.
- Process Automation : Leverage Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Flows, etc.) to improve productivity within sales, service, and customer experience functions.
- Data Management : Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity, particularly in relation to customer, vehicle, and service data.
- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the CRM architecture and propose scalable solutions to support rapid growth.
- User Training and Support : Provide support and training to functional teams to enhance their use of Salesforce, fostering best practices in CRM usage.
