We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions that align with strategic business goals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in systems architecture, application design, and business process optimization especially around Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash flows.
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for translating business objectives into enterprise architecture and actionable implementation plans. This includes defining solution frameworks, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the delivery of robust, compliant, and efficient systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solution architectures that are aligned with long-term technology roadmaps and business strategies, while also adhering to modern design principles such as microservices, containerization, and event-driven frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, with specific focus on complex, highly integrated systems involving Salesforce, SAP, middleware tools (such as Workato), and external platforms like payment gateways, dealer management systems, and eCommerce services.
- Ensure end-to-end integrity across application, data, and integration layers, working hands-on with teams to drive system design, validate implementations, and improve platform reliability, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Provide architectural governance across full project lifecycles including SDLC processes (Agile and Waterfall) to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends including AI/ML in enterprise systems, cloud adoption strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and compliance requirements related to data privacy and governance.
- Contribute to operational planning by advising on platform improvements, scalability concerns, and future-state capabilities to support enterprise growth.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders across business and technology domains, leveraging strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate complex architecture effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 15 years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise IT strategy, including direct involvement in complex system design and implementation projects.
- At least 8 years of experience working within structured software development lifecycles, with a deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise platforms including Salesforce and SAP, as well as middleware/integration platforms like Workato or Mulesoft.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume transaction processes (Lead-to-Order and/or Order-to-Cash), integrating third-party systems, and securing data flows across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
