Role: Strategic Client Partner
Location: San Jose, California, United States (Hybrid)
Your Role: As a pivotal Client Partner, you'll champion DynPro's diverse service offerings, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with our clients' needs. You're the primary conduit between DynPro and our clients, orchestrating the account planning cycle and nurturing robust relationships with key business stakeholders. Your mission is to enhance client satisfaction, drive revenue growth through service promotion, and support their transformative journeys with agility and expertise. You'll collaborate closely with our Delivery and Pre-sales teams to uncover new opportunities, all while reporting directly to our President - North America.

Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years in sales, particularly within technical IT professional services or IT recruiting.
- A solid grasp of technology trends and their application in digital transformation.
- Team collaborator with a knack for leading solution and proposal discussions.
- Understanding of Data, Integration, Business Intelligence, and Automation.
- Familiarity with the enterprise technology landscape, including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, Project Management Offices (PMO), Workato, Cybersecurity, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), as well as foundational knowledge in ERP systems, Data Lakes, Cloud platforms, and development languages.
- Agile, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Eager learner and dedicated team player.
- Proven track record in Full Sales Cycle management and strong relationship-building capabilities.
