Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with expertise in e-commerce, sales processes, and functional knowledge of business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience working with Salesforce, and the ability to create actionable plans from technical and functional specifications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing multiple products, and driving projects from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse business needs related to e-commerce and sales processes, especially within the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) or technical specifications into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
- Contribute to scrum activities and assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as needed.
- Manage and support the delivery of four core products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to support and optimize customer relationship management workflows and processes.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
