Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and execution of integration solutions using the Workato platform to fulfill business needs.
- Engage collaboratively with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather integration requirements and define project scope.
- Architect scalable and efficient integration workflows, connectors, and data mappings in Workato.
- Hands-on development of Recipes using Workato's intuitive drag-and-drop interface and scripting features.
- Utilize Workato Frameworks such as AOF while implementing best integration practices.
- Design integrations between applications using established patterns, including creating Detail Design Documents and mapping documents.
- Implement data validation, error handling, and exception management processes to ensure seamless data flow.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration issues and enhance performance.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and integration specialists.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices, emphasizing continuous improvement in development processes.
- Stay current with the latest Workato features and capabilities to propose innovative integration solutions.
- Participate in project planning, estimations, and resource allocation for Workato integration projects.
