Job Description :
We are seeking a Product Manager Sales & Service with a strong background in Salesforce and other enterprise applications like SAP . This role will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of sales and service operations , ensuring seamless integration between systems and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the Sales & Service product roadmap , aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, service, marketing, and IT , to enhance and optimize Salesforce and enterprise application functionalities.
- Define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements and integrations.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other CRM functionalities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems to optimize sales, order management, and service processes.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and reporting tools .
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, develop solutions, and execute strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the sales and service ecosystem.
