What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Solution Architect position at DynPro?
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce's Sales and Service Clouds, with additional experience in other Salesforce ecosystems being highly preferable.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement scalable, robust solutions within the Salesforce platform, particularly focusing on Sales and Service Cloud capabilities.
Engage in pre-sales activities, demonstrating the potential and power of Salesforce solutions to prospective clients and helping shape their understanding of the platform's capabilities.
Develop proof-of-concept models using Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce to showcase solution feasibility and effectiveness to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Salesforce solutions align with business goals and integrate seamlessly with other cloud environments and systems within the organization.
Drive the architectural discussions, steering towards best practices and proactively mitigating potential system risks.
Preferred Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including but not limited to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Additional experience in other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and broader ecosystem integrations is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, for the creation of custom solutions and proof-of-concept development.
Strong pre-sales experience, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong technical aptitude to devise and implement effective Salesforce solutions.

Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are optimally aligned with business requirements, focusing heavily on Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
Utilize advanced Salesforce features and custom developments, including Apex and API integrations, to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document solutions that are aligned with client business objectives.
Deliver recommendations on critical architecture decisions and design considerations, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and integration with existing databases and applications.
Ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that satisfy both performance standards and end-user expectations.
